Will Christ turn up at Davos 2012 like he did at Bilderberg 2011?
One of the lesser reported events at the chaotic and fractured Bilderberg annual gathering in St Moritz, Switzerland, in June 2011 was the unexpected visit of a senior spiritual master.

The individual known as Christ in church mythology, but better known in esoteric spiritual circles as The Maitreya Buddha, Krishna, The World Teacher, or The Imam Mahdi, put in a spectacular, security-busting appearance.

Disguised as "the lady in white" and carrying a white umbrella (picture here), Christ appeared to several Bilderberg guests who were out for a heavily-guarded walk. The group included Erich Schmidt, Franco Bernabè, Ying Fu, Jacob Wallenberg, Thomas Enders, Rory Stewart, Richard Lambert and Peter Mandelson (left in pictures here and here).

The lady in white swept serenely past security without challenge and strode to the front of the Bilderberg walking group. She led the chatting guests through pleasant mountain scenery right into the heart of a group of anti-capitalist activists.

Charlie Skelton of The Guardian newspaper (London - Sunday 12th June 2011) reports that Peter Mandelson was heard to say to his colleagues: "This is terrible."

Reunification of North Korea and South Korea with Japan. New capital of the union and new global financial centre to be established in Nara Prefecture (Japan). G5 Western banking cabal loses executive traction in Far East.
The covert régime change which took place in North Korea after the assassination by heart attack of leader Kim Jong-il on Saturday 17th December 2011, has changed the board. The removal of the Rothschild puppet has set in motion the energisation of ancient local alliances.

A substantive dialogue is in process about the reunification of the Korean peninsula and, further down the line, about an economic and political union between a united Korea and Japan. The capital being considered for this new supra-national entity is in the region of Nara and Tenri City, south of Osaka, Japan.

The two rival Korean royal houses, the Southern and Northern dynasties, have been competing for control Japan and the Korean peninsula for centuries. The Southern dynasty includes the current Japanese emperor and the hidden government bloodline rulers of South Korea. The Northern dynasty controls North Korea, Northern Japan and Okinawa, and has a powerful influence within mainland China.

The Southern dynasty is the power-group pushing for a unification of western Japan and South Korea, with a new capital city in Osaka. This royal syndicate is allied with the British Royal Family.

Until very recently, the Northern dynasty was in bed with the Rockefeller-Kissinger-Bush Nazi-continuum in the West. Word on the block is that these German/American Skull and Bones wrinklies are being kicked out. From now on, East intends to be East.

In the educated West, religion died some years ago. This was a positive development in human spiritual culture. It meant that at the beginning of the New Age, the Age of Aquarius, new forms of religionless spirituality could be explored and experienced. And through spiritual practice and study, new, clean connections could be made with the Higher Evolution.

What happened was that three of the core concepts of establishment religiosity became untenable to the educated, spiritual mind and were discarded. These concepts were scripture, worship and belief. Once the foundation of the religious mind, these three concepts came to be seen as nonsensical and spiritually injurious.

The concept of scripture - the concept that a single human cultural artefact generated by others in a long gone civilisation - can somehow mediate all the decisive, privileged and authoritative spiritual data germane to modern concerns, began to look quaint.

The concept of worship also came to be viewed as deeply flawed. Worship was a spiritually debilitating, negative and wasteful behaviour. A question was put. If you were God, would you want your human colleagues to waste their energies grovelling? The answer was clear. Of course you wouldn't. Only an incompetent, insecure and evil God would want that.

The concept of belief, likewise, began to look silly and self-damaging to the human spirit. Belief was a sort of élite-controlled, add-on app, stuck on the brain and functioning quietly in the background to keep truth out. Belief kept out anything other than itself or things very like itself. Belief obstructed the accurate reception of new revelations ....

The full text of Paragraph 132 flagged in the yellow panel above reads as follows: "The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (London, UK and Hong Kong, PROC) Account no. 0567105267802012 with account name of White Spiritual Boy and with standing balances per account worth US$ 1,030,000,000,000,000,000 with reconfirmed and reconsidered matured earnings audited by the Financial Institution of the Committee of 300 for the month of January to April 2010 worth of US$ 434,000,000,000,000,000 in the total of US$ 1,464,000,000,000,000,000 (US$ 464,000,000,000,000 had deducted automatically for bank charges and services for the first quarter of audit maturity) in the net balances of US$ 1,000,000,000,000,000,000."

The five sums of money detailed in this single auditing rubric can be expressed as one thousand and thirty quadrillion US Dollars, four hundred and thirty four quadrillion US Dollars, one thousand four hundred and sixty four quadrillion US Dollars, four hundred and sixty four trillion US Dollars, and one thousand quadrillion US Dollars.

The sum of money deducted automatically by the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) from this single White Spiritual Boy account for bank charges and services for one quarter of the year 2010 was four hundred and sixty four trillion US Dollars. This compares with the total publicly acknowledged Global Gross Domestic Product of about seventy eight trillion US Dollars per year. Of this $78 trillion sum, the European Union accounts for about $16 trillion, the US $15 trillion, and China $11 trillion of the global total.

The sum deducted by HSBC for bank charges and services in one quarter of 2010 from the single White Spiritual Boy account cited above, was more than five and a half times greater than the publicly stated Global Gross Domestic Product. (464 trillion divided by 78 trillion = 464 divided by 78 = 5.9). We invite comment and analysis.

The Committee of 300's shadow government world banking system, conducted across mainstream-media-invisible black and grey screens, is composed of thousands of such accounts, many of them named "White Spiritual Boy". The lead signatory for each of these accounts is Elizabeth Windsor (Queen Elizabeth II of England - HM Queen Alexandra Elizabeth Mary Windsor II).

Referring to the three document images linked above (this, this and this), the Japan-based financial journalist and White Dragon Society spokesman, Benjamin Fulford, commented on Saturday 14th January 2012: "Many people involved at the high end of the financial system and members of the committee of 300 are telling me the documents I posted with Queen Elizabeth's signature on them are forgeries by Wilfredo Sauren. Other sources also involved at a high level tell me they are genuine. I do not know, but even if they are forgeries, forgeries are usually copies of something real. Even if they are fake, there is still a huge gap between the amount of money that supposedly exists in the off-ledger financial system and the amount that is on the books. AB comments: (1) Elsewhere, Benjamin Fulford has explained that Wilfredo Sauren was a forger who used to work with the CIA. He made a lot of money cashing-in skilfully faked bonds and other high-status financial documentation.

(2) This is incidental, but the codename "White Spiritual Boy" for the shadow government's major off-ledger black screen accounts is suggestive. White Spiritual Boy = WSB = Wall Street Bankers. And in Washington, a hitherto invisible Spiritual Wonder Boy account, privately audited by The Committee of 300 in December 2008, reads as follows in the audit document:

In plain language, in 2008, the US Federal Reserve Board had an invisible account on its off-ledger books holding 2,588 trillion trillion trillion quadrillion US Dollars. That is 2588 followed by fifty one noughts.

On Tuesday 27th December 2011, writing from Japan, a White Dragon Society spokesman confirmed that the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, is the daughter of Adolf Hitler.

Hitler himself was the son of King George V of England (George Frederick Ernest Albert; Royal Houses of Windsor, and Saxe-Coburg and Gotha; 1865-1936). George V was the grandson of Queen Victoria, and the grandfather of Elizabeth Windsor (the current Queen Elizabeth II of England).

Russian intelligence sources report that just prior to the fall of Berlin in 1945, Adolf Hitler left Europe via Norway in a submarine, and ended up in Argentina. He lived in that country until 1979, when he had reached the age of ninety.

Not only was Adolf Hitler's suicide in his Berlin bunker in 1945 a faked cover story, but so also was the much-publicised 1944 plot to assassinate Hitler organised by several German High Command Officers, led by Wehrmacht Colonel, Count von Staufenberg. The pre-prepared narrative ran that this group managed to plant a bomb in Hitler's battlefield headquarters but, by sheer luck, Hitler survived the blast and the SchutzStaffel (SS) quickly arrested and executed all those involved in the affair.

In fact, this assassination canard was designed to enable the five thousand or so Nazi officers who were "executed" to be fitted out with new identities by the Odessa Group (Organization Der Ehemahlige SS Angehorige), so that at the end of the war they would not be hunted out, and thus could be seamlessly introduced into the American covert military-industrial and intelligence cadres.

These machinations led to the establishment of an élite-led Nazi-continuum at the heart of what became the Washington DC private corporation. Its most visible apparatchiks have included Heinz ("Henry") Kissinger, George Bush Snr, George Bush Jnr, and most major (male) American establishment figures who, since World War II, have been careful to take out joint Israeli-American citizenship.

Armenian Genocide or Armenian Holocaust? France says the 1915-1917 Turkish atrocities cannot be denied.
On Thursday 22nd December 2011, the lower house of the French Parliament approved a bill criminalising the denial of the Armenian Genocide, and rendering such denial punishable with a year in jail and a fine of 45,000 euros ($58,000). As one Member of Parliament said, as he concluded his remarks in the parliamentary debate: “I will vote thinking of Hrant Dink.”

The Frenchman was referring to a contract assassination which took place in Istanbul, Turkey, four years ago. On Friday 19th January 2007, Ogun Samast, a seventeen-year-old Turkish youth, murdered the Turkish-Armenian journalist Hrant Dink (53) with a shotgun outside his Sisli office.

Between 1915 and 1917, during the final days of the Ottoman Empire, Turkish forces were responsible for the genocide of 1.5 million Armenians. As Christians, the Armenians were viewed as infidels by the tribal Muslim majority. The genocide was an organised campaign of state-sponsored ethnic cleansing and mass extermination.

The current Turkish government is trying to hush up this war crime as it attempts to qualify for entry to The European Union. Genocide denial is a mainline political policy in modern Turkey. Hrant Dink challenged this in Agos, the bilingual Turkish-Armenian weekly newspaper which he edited. In Turkey it is against the law to talk openly about the Armenian Genocide.

In his last newspaper column before his death, Hrant Dink said that he had received numerous death threats against him. He was given no security protection by the Turkish authorities, despite his complaints. Notwithstanding public pronouncements to the contrary, the Turkish Government was privately very pleased to see Hrant Dink dead.

France opposes the entry of Turkey to The European Union. Turkey is not a European country, and its culture and polity are seen as anti-European in nature. More than twenty countries have formally recognised the Turkish Armenian killings of 1915-1917 as genocide.

The Armenian Genocide was part of a programme of subversion within the Ottoman Empire, designed by the Sabbatean Satanists, to destabilise the Middle East and create war-business and political opportunities for a right-wing landgrab which would eventually result in the theft of Palestine by the Zionist Israelis. Had the Ottoman Empire remained in place, there would have been no chance of establishing a Zionist state based on Jerusalem.

The Sabbateans, closely associated with the Rothschild reptilian bloodline, emerged into view through the machinations of Sabbatai Zanth (Sabbatai Zevi 1626–1676) and his cabal in the seventeenth century. Zanth, a Jewish fake, was a self-proclaimed Jewish messiah who, for reasons of personal and operational expediency, converted to Islam while establishing his group in Ottoman Turkey.

Criminal investigations close in on G5 Western banking cabal as its access to credit is choked off across the globe
Several gamebreakers are now running concurrently. Any one of them has the potential energy to collapse the Western cabal with a single mainstream media legal headline.

Certain of the initiatives include legal rubrics which require public disclosures to be front-end-loaded in the Western MSM. If a corporate news group fails to comply with such a disclosure mandate, by that act it will immediately and permanently cease to trade. Its assets will be impounded and held mothballed for the use of the new media groups which are on the plate and ready to run. These free-to-air and web outlets will operate above and beyond the control or censorship of corporations, security cliques or sovereign governments.

At present there are five or six open-and-shut cases filed which would immediately terminate the US Presidency of Barack Obama. Each has majority support on Capitol Hill. The delay in implementing them has to do with disagreements among Senators, Congressmen and the Pentagon about what, or who, will occupy the downstream vacuum after Obama's removal.

In addition to the élite deceptions swirling around Obama's fake American birth qualification and the provenance of his stolen Connecticut Social Security Number, there are mature legal depositions relating to US President's slush funds at the Vatican Bank and Banco Santander in Europe, and to Obama's unlawful entangling of America in the NATO Libyan invasion.

It needs to be recalled that there are between 27 and 39 levels of security clearance operating above the US President. The exact number depends upon how you name and list the agencies involved and how they interpenetrate and overlap in their covert remits. Thirty nine is the commonly quoted number by insiders who manage to break surface and live. This means that above the knowledge of the US President (any US President), and above the need or ability of US Presidential access, are thirty nine levels of meetings, papers, operations and facilities about which the incumbent of the Oval Office is kept in complete, tightly-managed ignorance.

This is not about plausible deniability, or setting up structures which enable plausible deniability. It about the fact that the Western cabal uses American heads of state and their administrations as media players to gull the populace. In Western "democracy", as currently constituted, the politicians are merely hired actors working to a media agenda written by others for the benefit of a largely unseen transnational corporate élite.

But all this is beginning to break down as the money runs out in the West. George Soros, for example, is beginning to feel the heat of legal due process in connection with his financial interference in US government business. The UK-France public row over the EuroZone's chaos-financing indicates an accelerating fragmentation of Western cabal organisation. German banks face an imminent market meltdown. Commerzbank is now a basketcase for emergency nationalisation and breakup.

In Asia the rolling up of the Western cabal's power bases is proceeding apace. On Saturday 17th December 2011, the North Korean leader, Kim Jong-il, a Rothschild puppet, was assassinated by heart attack. There is now a struggle for the succession under way between the Rothschild chosen one, Swiss-educated playboy Kim Jong-un, and a rising military faction which seeks to kick the Western cabal out of the country.

A similar situation is evident in the US where a benevolent military coup in the US becomes more likely by the day as the Pentagon and US intelligence agencies line up against the Washington corporation's anti-Constitutional US Homeland Security apparat.

Still unrecognised by most Western-based international market traders is the significant fact that eighty five percent of the total global gold inventory is held off-market in Asia. In political wheeling and dealing on Capitol Hill on Tuesday 29th November, an amendment (SA-1107) to The National Defense Authorization Act (S-1867), sponsored by Senator Mark Udall (Colorado - Democrat), was voted down by sixty US Senators. The purpose of the amendment was to change the wording in a section of S-1867 sponsored by John McCain and Carl Levin called Subtitle D of Title X (Detainee matters).

Mark Udall's amendment would have introduced a rubric prohibiting the inclusion of American citizens living on American soil from being eligible for inclusion on US military roundup and abduction lists.

The current version of the bill now being debated will allow any "suspicious" person chosen by a secret panel authorized by the US President, to be arrested extrajudicially by US military personnel, taken to Guantanamo Bay (or any other offshore military installation), interrogated and detained there indefinitely without due process of law.

Many of the American patriot militias which have been organising locally since the passage of the anti-Constitutional Patriot Act of 2001, are supported and trained by US military veterans, and some number in the tens of thousands. The three signatories on the document are H.E. President Robert Zoellick (President of The World Bank), H.E. Vice President Lars Thunell (Executive Vice President and CEO of the International Finance Corporation) and HM Queen Alexandra Elizabeth Mary Windsor II (Chairman of The Committee of 300, The British Royal Family).

The full text of Paragraph 132 flagged in the yellow panel above reads as follows: "The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (London, UK and Hong Kong, PROC) Account no. 0567105267802012 with account name of White Spiritual Boy and with standing balances per account worth US$ 1,030,000,000,000,000,000 with reconfirmed and reconsidered matured earnings audited by the Financial Institution of the Committee of 300 for the month of January to April 2010 worth of US$ 434,000,000,000,000,000 in the total of US$ 1,464,000,000,000,000,000 (US$ 464,000,000,000,000 had deducted automatically for bank charges and services for the first quarter of audit maturity) in the net balances of US$ 1,000,000,000,000,000,000."

The five sums of money detailed in this single auditing rubric can be expressed as one thousand and thirty quadrillion US Dollars, four hundred and thirty four quadrillion US Dollars, one thousand four hundred and sixty four quadrillion US Dollars, four hundred and sixty four trillion US Dollars, and one thousand quadrillion US Dollars.

The sum of money deducted automatically by the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) from this single White Spiritual Boy account for bank charges and services for one quarter of the year 2010 was four hundred and sixty four trillion US Dollars. This compares with the total publicly acknowledged Global Gross Domestic Product of about seventy eight trillion US Dollars per year. Of this $78 trillion sum, the European Union accounts for about $16 trillion, the US $15 trillion, and China $11 trillion of the global total.

The sum deducted by HSBC for bank charges and services in one quarter of 2010 from the single White Spiritual Boy account cited above, was more than five and a half times greater than the publicly stated Global Gross Domestic Product. (464 trillion divided by 78 trillion = 464 divided by 78 = 5.9). We invite comment and analysis.

The Committee of 300's shadow government world banking system, conducted across mainstream-media-invisible black and grey screens, is composed of thousands of such accounts, many of them named "White Spiritual Boy". The lead signatory for each of these accounts is Elizabeth Windsor (Queen Elizabeth II of England - HM Queen Alexandra Elizabeth Mary Windsor II).

Referring to the three document images linked above (this, this and this), the Japan-based financial journalist and White Dragon Society spokesman, Benjamin Fulford, commented on Saturday 14th January 2012: "Many people involved at the high end of the financial system and members of the committee of 300 are telling me the documents I posted with Queen Elizabeth's signature on them are forgeries by Wilfredo Sauren. Other sources also involved at a high level tell me they are genuine. I do not know, but even if they are forgeries, forgeries are usually copies of something real. Even if they are fake, there is still a huge gap between the amount of money that supposedly exists in the off-ledger financial system and the amount that is on the books. AB comments: (1) Elsewhere, Benjamin Fulford has explained that Wilfredo Sauren was a forger who used to work with the CIA. He made a lot of money cashing-in skilfully faked bonds and other high-status financial documentation.

(2) This is incidental, but the codename "White Spiritual Boy" for the shadow government's major off-ledger black screen accounts is suggestive. White Spiritual Boy = WSB = Wall Street Bankers. And in Washington, a hitherto invisible Spiritual Wonder Boy account, privately audited by The Committee of 300 in December 2008, reads as follows in the audit document:

In plain language, in 2008, the US Federal Reserve Board had an invisible account on its off-ledger books holding 2,588 trillion trillion trillion quadrillion US Dollars. That is 2588 followed by fifty one noughts.

US Senator Jay Rockefeller (Democrat - West Virginia).

Monaco Colloquium - August 2011. The Great Game approaches its final shake of the dice. Switzerland leads a fifty-seven nation geopolitical board change. The current governments of the US, Canada, UK, Germany, France and Italy are actively excluded from executive decisions concerning the new global gold-backed financial system.
It was a step-change moment destined to be savoured by future historians. For the period of a week towards the end of August 2011, a secret meeting of fifty-seven finance ministers from across the globe began the long-prepared-for task of setting up a new international asset-backed financial system.

The gathering was a powerful invitation-only colloquium, hosted by Switzerland, which started on dry land in the Principality of Monaco & Monte-Carlo, and then moved onto a major naval vessel in adjacent international waters. In subsequent commentary, this conference has sometimes been referred to as "The Meeting of 57" and the outcome as "The Monaco Accords".

Nations represented at the meeting in an official government capacity included Switzerland, The Netherlands, Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, China, Russia, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Venezuela and several Gulf Cooperation Council states. Canada was represented in a non-governmental capacity. Various positive transnational power groupings were also present, such as the White Dragon Society and the US Pentagon-CIA-NSA reform faction (referenced downpage here).

Certain negative fiat-casino players were strenuously refused entry. These included the recently deposed Japanese Prime Minister, Naoto Kan, the Managing Director of the IMF, Christine Lagarde, and all members of the US Nazi-continuum (the Rockefeller-Kissinger-Bush syndicate).

For Jay Rockefeller it was like being thrown out of his own funeral. Having last year lost Europe to the Rothschilds, and more recently lost Japan to the White Dragon Society, he was now physically and forcibly removed from the Monaco Colloquium by agents acting for the US Pentagon White Hats.

Initially resorting to patrician Illuminati bluster, Rockefeller attempted to talk his way into the Monaco meeting. He was rebuffed. "Do you know who I am?" he demanded. "Yes, I know who you are. You are nobody," said the host's man at the door. "The Old World Order is out and a New World Order is about to begin." Rockefeller raged to no effect and was informed that this was now a brave new world for the young; old mummies like him were merely dust to be swept away.

Jay Rockefeller left the entrance, collected a security detail of BlackOps goons, and returned in an attempt to force entry. The Monaco Colloquium summoned its own security and, according to eye-witness reports, Rockefeller and his cowboys were "literally thrown out."

Shortly afterwards, the land-based part of the meeting was adjourned, the attendees boarded a large naval vessel and continued their conference in international waters off the coast. Two of Rockefeller's BlackOps helicopters buzzed the boat, intent, it is said, on activating listening technology and using electromagnetic pulse weapons to disrupt proceedings. If this is true as reported, the importance of the meeting would be difficult to overestimate. Within moments of the choppers' appearance, US military aircraft, described as Harrier jump jets, arrived and forced the helicopters away.

The opposition of two openly conflicting and powerful US interest groups (Rockefeller syndicate vs Pentagon White Hats) raises an important, if covert, operational issue. Which faction now controls the clone-labs at Camp David (Maryland) and elsewhere? Whose finger can switch off the sleeper cells? Which prominent clone-lines might be terminated first? Another important side-issue arising from the active participation of several South American reformist governments at the Monaco Colloquium, was the confiscation of the Nazi-continuum's bank assets, BlackOps bases and residential boltholes scattered all over the continent. These have been multiplied and much-developed since the Nazi diaspora first established itself in South America in the immediate aftermath of the Second World War.

One of the facilities under immediate threat of confiscation is said to be the Bush family hideaway in Paraguay. In the autumn of 2006, George Bush Snr purchased a one hundred thousand acre ranching estate outside Paso de Patria, in the Ñeembucú department of Paraguay. The property is strategically located over the Guarani aquifer. The Bush family first got to know about the ranch through their CIA-linked drug-running activities in the area in the nineteen eighties and nineties. Located near the border with Brazil and Bolivia, the estate offers a range of covert entry and escape routes. Private meetings and arrangements with Paraguay's then-president, Nicanor Duarte, indicated that there would be no political difficulties with the Bush residence and its security.

However, by April 2008, the political situation in Paraguay was beginning to volatilise after decades of dictatorial stability. The Patriotic Front for Change coalition was on the move. Fernando Lugo, a bearded, left-leaning, dissentient Roman Catholic ex-bishop won Paraguay’s Presidential election on the 20th April 2008, decisively upsetting the sixty-year human rights horror-rule of the right wing Colorado Party. Lugo had been actively opposed by the Vatican, ostensibly because of his enthusiasm for Liberation Theology and its spiritual objective of subverting the Paraguayan élite status quo. He was also a powerful and popular advocate of land reforms.

In Paraguay, less than two per cent of the population owns more than ninety per cent of the land, and forty per cent of the population lives in poverty. "We have 300,000 families without land and they have the constitutional right to own the soil they live on," Lugo insists. If the Bush family had made private and personal arrangements with Nicanor Duarte, it is thought unlikely that Fernando Lugo and his government, emboldened by the revolutionary news out of Monaco, will continue to honour them for much longer.

The introduction of a new pan-global asset-backed financial system to replace the fiat-paper casino now visibly collapsing in the West has been a long-anticipated reform. That it is now coming to political focus at so many national levels outside the Western Cabal is only to be expected. As the ever-increasing debt-pressures impact on food and energy prices, and on employment opportunities worldwide, political instability is becoming pandemic.

The Monaco Colloquium kickstarted the only financial solution which can solve the problem. What was discussed there connects closely with Global Debt Forgiveness, with overcoming the Washington DC corporation's blocking of the disbursement of the $47 trillion World Global Settlement Funds, with the implementation of the $10 trillion US Dollar Refunding Project, and with the return to an internationally-accepted Gold Standard.

At The Monaco Colloquium an understanding was created and formalised by the co-hosts of that meeting, the Swiss Government. By the third week of September 2011, a total of eighty-seven sovereign national governments across the world had issued the Acknowledgement of Memorandum of the Agreement, and had undertaken to formally sign the document at the pre-agreed moment. Many more than this core eighty-seven group of nations are expected to commit to, and enact, the Agreement. The pan-global consensus which is emerging is still in its early stages of realisation.

Late note: By the third week of December 2011, the number of committed and subscribed nations had risen to 117. Another calculus (here) suggests that the effective total is now 176 nations. This includes the active support of the Maiona assembly of indigenous groups focussed in New Zealand and linking 2700 tribal cultures across 59 countries in the Oceania / Polynesia / South Pacific region. Several of these Oceanic indigenous cultures maintain ancient connections with similar traditions in Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Among other things, the Monaco initiative will abolish the US Federal Reserve Board, delegitimise and ban all fiat paper currencies from international circulation and trading, and introduce several new gold-backed international currencies, some with completely new names.

(AB note: The World Global Settlement Funds, referenced on this page, should not be confused with the SG World Trust. The World Global Settlement Funds have in excess of $47 trillion to disburse to 140 nations across the globe. This due and lawful disbursement has been blocked by the Washington DC private corporation for more than three decades. On the morning of Tuesday 9th August 2011, a SWIFT noticed transfer of World Global Settlement payouts from Brussels to the US was intentionally stopped by the Obama White House. This unlawful interference led to Pasadena-based attorney, Al Clifton Hodges, writing a letter of information and protest to Manuel Sager, the Swiss Ambassador to the US. Switzerland is a World Court Lien Holder nation. There is currently a $47 trillion Lien in operation against the US Treasury and the US Federal Reserve Board.

Clifton Hodges is counsel for Michael C. Cottrell. Cottrell is in charge of the $10 trillion-plus US Dollar Refunding Project and is a WGSF Basel list payee. The USDRP, like the (official) Iraqi Dinar Revaluation Project, is part of the World Global Settlements refinancing programme.

Bonney Snr ($14 trillion WGSF Authorized Signatory and Paymaster), Christine Lagarde (IMF), Chinese President Hu Jintao (Lien Holder), Queen Elizabeth II of England (Lien Holder), French President Nicolas Sarkozy, and the Washington DC private corporation president, Barack Obama. On the second page of his letter, Clifton Hodges refers to duly authorised Interpol agents currently present and active in the US on WGSF-related business.

On the evening of Thursday 28th July 2011, Barack Obama, the President of the United States, informed the World Court at The Hague that as long as he was President, he would not sign off on the World Global Settlement Funds. More background here (28.07.11).

Obama's refusal to lawfully execute his responsibilities in this specific followed upon the wide circulation of a letter dated 7th July 2011, from Lindell Bonney to Dana Wilcox (full text here). The financial data set out in this letter showed that the US income taxes expected to be paid to the US Treasury from just four of the World Global Settlement Fund-related recipient-paymasters would amount to a sum in excess of $11 trillion. This would be sufficient to pay off most of the US national deficit and would pump-prime the US Dollar Refunding Program.

Situation updates from Al Clifton Hodges

On Friday 17th June 2011, the 44th President of the United States of America, Kenyan-born Barack Obama, had on his desk in the White House Oval Office primary legislation for a US Tax Provision relating to the Iraqi Dinar Revaluation cash-in within the US. The proposed legislation requested eleven per cent tax. The President refused to sign the document until he received more money in his personal off-shore accounts.

This executive refusal to sign further delayed the due and lawful disbursement of The World Global Settlement Funds ($47 trillion), the implementation of the US Dollar Refunding Project ($10 trillion), the long-agreed global debt jubilee (universal debt forgiveness), and the introduction of the new precious metals-backed international currencies.

The text linked above is a letter dated the 17th June 2011 from Pasadena Attorney Al Clifton Hodges to the Chinese government through the Chinese Ambassador to the United States, Zhang Yesui.

The direct Chinese involvement in the internal finances of the US dates from 2009 when a $47 trillion Lien against the US Treasury and the US Federal Reserve Board was taken out by élite monetary interests in the UK and China. More here (18.06.11).

Pasadena Attorney Al Clifton Hodges' letter of Thursday 2nd June 2011 to the government of China citing JPMorgan Chase's interference in the $10 trillion US Dollar Refunding Project
In the letter linked above, Hodges writes to the Chinese government through the Chinese Ambassador to the United States, Zhang Yesui. The subject is the World Global Settlement Funds ($47 trillion+) and the US Dollar Refunding Project ($10 trillion+).

Hodges states that although the Lien-Holder personnel in charge of completing the World Global Settlements payouts were ordered by the World Court to complete all distributions by Wednesday 1st June 2011, this was not done because of the fraudulent and illegal use of certain of the funds by JPMorgan Chase.

Hodges' purpose in writing to Zhang Yesui is to update the Chinese on the unlawful funding delay by US banking officials and to request decisive intervention by the Chinese Lien-Holder in completing disbursement of the World Global Settlement Funds. In the text of the letter linked above, Hodges addresses a criminal fraud which he states is being perpetrated in connection with the anticipated payments of the World Global Settlement Funds. Al Clifton Hodges reports to the G8 that Michael Cottrell, who is in charge of the $10 trillion US Dollar Refunding Project, has been advised that WGS funds transferred to JPMorgan Chase by Citibank have been commandeered for personal gain. (Below, 'ER' is short for "Economic Release".)

Of particular note is the date that this is all supposed to happen: January the 21st.

As we all know, things can change, but at this moment in time, this is the current game plan.

1. There is a train for all this and the following is on the train... I have had this confirmed by one of the white knights who has been giving us information... you can believe this or not, it does not matter, but IT IS FACT... and matters not...

THE ENGINE...===THE WHITE KNIGHTS AND CHINESE... they are pulling the train and the cars are: WGS..---THE NATIONS FIRST CAR====Prosperity Programs==Humanitarian Programs SECOND CAR====THE DINAR===REVALUE AND TURNS ON THE NEW BANKING SYSTEM THIRD CAR AND CABOOSE====CMKX... and the white knight said i understand this and those who don't understand should pay attention to what i am trying to say and help... LAST IS THE DINAR ... that starts the new banking system which turns on everything... and all gets paid at once... And all those who bought dinars, well they cash out... and thus more money to help out the economies of the world...

If this is not done now, the USA and Europe will collapse with the rest of the world in 4, 5 months the most...make 1929 a picnic... this is very serious... pixie gets it... and understands...

2. Tramp understands very well what’s been going on; he is not alone – Pixie gets it, Deltadon gets it, Chucky gets it, etc. etc. etc.

3. I understand that you may not be happy with what’s going on. However, it is a fact and we are only a very small part of the pay-out scheme. We have had a great deal of ‘headwind’ in the past 6 to 9 months.

Unfortunately that is putting it altogether too mildly. We have confronted, with added pressure from the “lien-holders” without which we could not have succeeded, the vilest, most contemptible, well financed forces for evil on the planet – we have won!

A life changing event it will be for CMKX shareholders; more importantly, the world financial markets will be essentially re-constituted from the currency level up.

4. To put it another way, the World Global Settlements, including the US Dollar Refunding Project, are real. They are the instruments of change. They are part of a world wide re-distribution of wealth which includes some 20 countries revaluation [up and down] of their currency, which will become asset-backed currency.

Yes, this does include Iraq which is the cheapest of the lot and therefore had [to prevent unreasonable manipulation] to go first. The very latest information indicates that it has revalued, that it will be posted on Forex sites sometime on Sunday, and will be fully convertible in the US by Tuesday.

5. Although CMKX payments were not originally part of the WGS, they were included by attachment earlier this year. However, be assured that CMKX moneys are not currently part of the WGS; I understand from a number of different sources that Global Intelligence of Las Vegas petitioned the US Supreme Court, in camera, just after Christmas to separate CMKX pay-outs from any association or attachment with the WGS. I understand further that the Court issued an Order for the Trustees to pay-out the moneys within 48 hours, which time expired on or before December 31, 2010.

I have received further information that Global Intelligence has not effected said pay-outs, has been fined some $150,000,000 on or about January 4, 2011, and is presently incurring additional fines at the rate of $13,000,000 per week. I have not been successful in any of my attempts to secure explanation from Global Intelligence.

6. Although at first blush this lack of performance may seem potentially criminal in nature, I believe there is a reasonable explanation. I am aware, for example, that many of those I have previously referred to as ‘miscreants’ have in the interim been duly relieved of the money they stole [which has now been recovered by the US], are still feared by the new-financial-order people; the fear is that to the extent they can obtain cash/financing, they would use the IQD revaluation as a means of replenishing their war chests.

There are other reasons related to the big picture, which may also play a part in this delay. I know this will come as a shock to some and seems unfair on the surface, but the fact is that we are but a small part of what’s happening [and must happen] to correct the financial imbalance in the world.

7. Several months ago, due to the on-going delays and increased ‘headwind’ the Joint Chiefs of Staff were appointed by the World Court to supervise the conclusion of the WGS; they were given a deadline of December 31, 2010. Based upon this and the progress that was being made in early December, I opined [which has been widely reported] that if I were a betting man CMKX would be paid out by Christmas. Unfortunately, not even the JCS were up to the task. Accordingly, on January 1, 2011 the World Court appointed one of the lien holders, China, to take charge and supervise the conclusion of the WGS payouts. They are currently in charge and proceeding to bring the matter to conclusion. I am currently advised that all will be completed by January 21, 2011.

8. Prior to the recent change of process by the Chinese lien holder it was a requirement, based upon BASEL, that ER be obtained prior to the time that certain other payments could be made. As I have previously stated on many occasions we were waiting for Michael Cottrell and his companies to receive their payments as they were Number 20, the very last payee, on the BASEL list. Because the Chinese lien holder has changed the process, I now understand that Michael Cottrell will be paid on or about January 21, 2011, after all of the Prosperity Program money has been paid out which is estimated to take between 4 – 5 days.

This is no way suggests that ER continues to be a requirement of the release of CMKX payments. As set forth above, I have tried desperately to contact Global Intelligence to secure their agreement to authorize immediate release of the CMKX packages, as I believe that the reason for delaying their delivery has now evaporated.

9. I have been told by three separate independent people, each of whom attest that they have personally viewed at least one package, that the CMKX packages contain written information as well as a preliminary payment in the form of a U.S. Treasury Check in the amount of $0.80 per share. The information that has been previously placed on the boards to the effect that the packages were prepared and were ready for distribution is accurate to the best of my information, knowledge and belief. I further understand that the packages remain ready for immediate distribution as soon as Global Intelligence determines, and/or is advised, that such distribution is approved.

10. Some have inquired whether registration with the Transfer Agent makes them a bona fide shareholder; in a word – YES. Some have asked whether I have had response to the letters which I have submitted to the Queen of England and others including POTUS; I have had direct response from the Palace and have seen rapid evidence of the efficacy of the other correspondence that has been submitted.

Others have requested information regarding the identity and whereabouts of the CMKX Trustee and/or Trustees. This information can not be made public at the present time for security reasons; I am sure that you will hear more about this in the very near future.

Dear Mr. Bernanke:

I represent Mr. Lindell H. Bonney, Sr. with respect to collection of certain funds currently being held by the Federal Reserve System; Mr. Bonney has both a personal ownership interest and a fiduciary interest in such funds. I also represent certain other payees of the World Global Settlement funds; each of these payees have exhausted their ability to continue waiting for distribution of the funds to which they are entitled.

We have been able to ascertain that these funds have been utilized, apparently with the approval and consent of the FED, for short term lending/hypothecation cycles which have allowed recovery of substantially more than 3% per day of the principal in addition to the FED transaction fee of 10%; we have now received confirmation that the FED has in fact received payment. These actions are obviously in violation of several Treaty agreements, as well as a plethora of Federal Laws and banking regulations, and expose each participant to both criminal and civil RICO actions.

The purpose of this correspondence is to put you and each member of the Board of Governors on notice of these illegal actions in connection with the continued refusal of the FED to disburse monies due to be paid to Mr. Bonney in his personal and fiduciary capacity. Although we have previously been advised that the funds were available for disbursement, “something” has always been amiss when the scheduled time has arrived. On each such occasion, Mr. Bonney was ultimately advised that the money had, for unexplained reasons, become unavailable.

Please be advised that we intend to hold you and each member of the Board of Governors jointly and severally responsible for a minimum of 10% per day recovery on the entire balance of the funds currently held for distribution to Mr. Bonney in his personal and fiduciary capacity. In the event that you and/or any of the Board of Governor members wish to discuss possible resolution of this issue please contact the undersigned directly; in the event that I fail to hear from anyone I will pursue all available remedies, including immediate disclosure of these defalcations to the media.

The Iraqi Dinar RV story

Note of caution about the Iraqi end of the Global Dinar Revaluation Programme (21.01.11)
There may be a negative metanarrative at work on the web here. The Dinar is the official unit of currency in several countries including Algeria, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Macedonia, Serbia and Tunisia. Specifically, it is the Iraqi dimension of the Dinar Revaluation programme which is beginning to look flakey. The following text is from the Casper intel group update of Friday 21st January 2011:

It occurred when this virtually worthless ‘wallpaper’ currency was ‘flipped’ to the general public over time via the internet for whatever multiple of worthless people were willing to pay."

"Our intell continues to say that the ‘bad guys’ will not be allowed to recapitalize themselves in this manner so naturally bad guy Obama is throwing another fit and attempting to ‘extort’ the world into making himself, the Clintons, the Bushes and many others personally wealthy and to hell with the country and the people of the country."

How much money do you suppose ‘they’ have already collected from their worldwide sales of warehouse’s full of worthless Dinars? Which of the corrupt ‘Leaders’ in Iraq do you suppose are in on the scam, assuming it is a scam? It seems to us that should an R.V. occur under the current Fiat Banking System the ‘Bad Guys’ will have recapitalized ‘the status quo’ and would then block the Global Settlements and Program Disbursements permanently. For this reason WE view any R.V. as possible only AFTER the new Banking System is opened up. And by the way, those of you who have believed in the R.V. literally at any moment for the past year if not longer, where do you expect the money to come from to back, said R.V.? Iraq has no such funds and that is public knowledge. So you are going to walk into a Bank and say, here are my Dinars, pay me? Where is the Bank to obtain the funds to pay you? Do you think they pay you then send the dinars to Iraq? Iraq has no serious monetary reserves."

In the educated West, religion died some years ago. This was a positive development in human spiritual culture. It meant that at the beginning of the New Age, the Age of Aquarius, new forms of religionless spirituality could be explored and experienced. And through spiritual practice and study, new, clean connections could be made with the Higher Evolution.

During the Piscean Age, the old Mediterranean religions such as Churchianity, Islam and Judaism referred to the Higher Evolution in mythic baby language. Churchianity, for example, articulated a tribal vocabulary including words such as "God", "The Holy Spirit", "angels" and "saints".

The Age of Pisces ran from 525 BCE to 1625 CE. There was then a transitional phase of about 350 years as the incoming energies to the planet changed. The Age of Aquarius began around 1975 CE and will continue until 4125 CE, when the energies will change again, as the planet Earth moves through space and is influenced by new radiations. The next Age will be the Age of Capricorn. Each Age lasts for about 2150 years.

The incoming energies are different in each Age and they have profound effects on human spiritual, mental and physical behaviours. These changes are gradual in nature. The Earth's exposure to one type of energy declines slowly, there is a transitional pause, and then the new energies start to come in, slowly building in intensity over hundreds of years.

But what exactly caused the death of religion as the Piscean energies bathing the planet changed to Aquarian energies?

What happened was that three of the core concepts of establishment religiosity became untenable to the educated, spiritual mind and were discarded. These concepts were scripture, worship and belief. Once the foundation of the religious mind, these three concepts came to be seen as nonsensical and spiritually injurious.

The concept of scripture, the concept that a single human cultural artefact generated by others in a long gone civilisation, can somehow mediate all the decisive, privileged and authoritative spiritual data germane to modern concerns, began to look quaint. It was recognised that better and more pertinent books had been written in the succeeding centuries, and better and more pertinent ideas had entered informed discourse.

An obsession with the Bible (for example) was taken as evidence of spiritual insecurity; as evidence of an attempt to give away one's power to an out-of-date male artefact; as evidence of a fear to think fearlessly and creatively for oneself.

An obsession with the Bible came to be seen as a coded attempt to reject one's own innate divinity; a refusal to accept that one is made in the image of God; a refusal to recognise that one is a partaker of the divine nature, and can therefore write, think, feel and speak one's own scripture.

The concept of worship also came to be viewed as deeply flawed. Worship was a spiritually debilitating, negative and wasteful behaviour. A question was put. If you were God, would you want your human colleagues to waste their energies grovelling? The answer was clear. Of course you wouldn't. Only an incompetent, insecure and evil God would want that.

If you were God, you would want your human colleagues to get off their fat worshipping bums, stand confidently in their own strength and do something useful.

You would want them to share the abundance of the planet with Africa rather than spending it on cluster bombs and banksters' bonuses. You would want them to look after home and stop poisoning the planet with the rich man's pollutants. You would want them to give women and children a chance to be free.

If you were God, you would want your human colleagues to invent a system of democracy where votes were not stolen and where the elected politicians did what was right rather than what was expedient for their controllers in the covert security community.

Worship came to be seen as the displacement activity of the spiritually idle; it displaced service. Wasting energy on worship was the devil's agenda.

The concept of belief, likewise, began to look silly and self-damaging to the human spirit. Belief was a sort of élite-controlled, add-on app, stuck on the brain and functioning quietly in the background to keep truth out. Belief kept out anything other than itself or things very like itself. Belief obstructed the accurate reception of new revelations.

On this view, a belief is a stuck thought-form invented by others and secured by a holdfast onto the intellection of the believer. There it acts like an aerial attracting energies similar to its own, but only energies similar to its own. All others are rejected.

So if it is a negative or erroneous belief, like most religious beliefs are - for example those which have to do with sin, punishment, salvation, martyrdom, suffering, jealousy, hell, death, sexual oppression, sectarianism, estrangement from God or worship - it will attract in negative energies and negative entities which vibrate with a similar frequency. And the aura of the believer becomes colonised by negativity. The result, over time, is spiritual fear, physical illness and paranoid self-righteousness.

The belief is not freely constructed by the believer, nor is it freely modified by him. The believer is used by the belief. The believer has become an unfree religious whore.

Such views took root and grew, setting people free. Scripture was an insecure illusion, worship was silly, and belief was unwise.

Religion came to be seen as a terrorist behaviour. Religion worked by terrorising the individual first, by inculcating manufactured concepts of sin and fear. These concepts of sin and fear were then used in battle to terrorise other faith communities whose concepts of sin and fear were different.

Religion had to go.
